This week’s whole school attendance was 91% again – this is way below the national average and very disappointing.
Also, no classes got onto the attendance monopoly this week as they did not achieve 96% attendance.
We as a school understand that when children are genuinely unwell they should not be at school.
The school can administer medicines at school if needed for a child who is feeling under the weather.
The attendance incentives and rewards used at school are only to stress to the children how important it is to attend – the more children attend the better they will progress and succeed.
Attend today, achieve tomorrow.
