Create a journal/scrap book with the people that live in your house. Print photos, paint or draw. Write little notes of all the fun things you get up to, new foods you’ve tried, if the tooth fairy has visited, a funny FaceTime memory with others.

Have you learnt a new word, learnt to cook, tell the time or tie your shoes? Search for positive news stories happening in the world right now. Share success stories. What have you been watching or listening to? Record the daily weather. Set yourself goals.

Look at this time as time with your family you would have never had due to work and school commitments. Record all the positives so when you look back on this time it will make you smile.
