  • Move Up Day – Monday 15th July 2019

Most of the Year 6 class will be on their transition week – the remaining children will help out in the lower classes.

  • Year 6 Leaver’s Events – Friday 19th July 2019

At 9:30am at St Giles Church we will be having the Year 6 leaver’s service. Parents/Carers of Year 6 are invited to attend.

At 2:00pm at school we will be hosting the Year 6 leaver’s play for parents/carers to come and watch. There will be a limit to 2 adults per child due to space in the hall.

  • Sports Day – Monday 22nd July 2019

Nursery, Reception, Year 1, Year 2 will do their events between 9:30am and 11:30am.

(Nursery children that do not usually attend on a Monday morning may attend with a Parent/Carer and join in the race if they would like to, however they are not able to swap a session due to staffing numbers)

Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 will do their events between 12:30pm and 2:30pm.

Parents/Carers must sign in.

After normal school drop off in the morning, parents/carers will make their way to the field for the KS1 events.

At 11:30am, parents/carers will be asked to wait on the field whilst the children return indoors; they will then leave the school site for the lunch hour.

At 12:15pm the gates will re-open for parents/carers of KS2 to take their seats on the field.

At 2:30pm, parents/carers will be asked to wait on the field whilst children return indoors; they may then wait on the playground to collect their children from their usual doors.

  • Summer Fair – Tuesday 23rd July 2019

The school will be open from 12:30pm for parents/carers.

At the fair there will be refreshments available to buy, a toy sale and a raffle. (Any donations of toys or raffle prizes would be much appreciated)

Each class in school will be doing an enterprise project and will each have a stall at the fair so please some along and support your child’s class.

At 2:30pm, the children will return indoors to collect their belongings, at this time we would ask that all parents/carers wait on the field. The children will then be dismissed from their usual doors.
